The Three Pillars of Reiki

The Three Pillars of Reiki are fundamental practices that guide all Reiki Practitioners in connecting to the Reiki Energy, or the Universal Life Force Energy, so that we can give our clients the best possible healing sessions

Gassho: This is a meditative practice where we bring our hands together in a prayer position, focusing on centreing and calming the mind.

It helps to connect with Reiki energy and set an intention for the healing session.

Reiji-Ho: In this step, I asks for guidance from the Reiki energy to direct healing where it is most needed.

This involves setting the intention for the session and using my intuition to guide my hands to the right positions.

Chiryo: This is the actual hands-on healing process, where I channel Reiki energy through my hands to the my client.

Chiryo involves placing the hands on or near the body in specific positions to promote healing, balance, and relaxation.

These Pillars help ensure that my Reiki sessions are conducted with mindfulness, intention, and effective energy flow so that all my clients have the best experience possible
